On Site Medical Device Representative

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Hospital based, On Site Medical Device Representative�within this leading global manufacturer of products used in surgical and general testing environments to be based in Luton.

THE ROLE

Based at Luton and Dunstable Hospital�the role of On Site Medical Device Representative�will take responsibility for the technical and on site support of a range of products used in a number of healthcare environments.�

Responsibilities include:

• To attend at the facility at agreed times to facilitate Client support in all areas of the customer's facility as directed


• The day-to-day management of various medical devices.


• Provide client support in clinical areas to promote equipment functionality and use, enabling staff to concentrate on clinical care of patients.


• Training and education of clients devices and/or services in client locations as determined by the facility requirements

THE PERSON

The Successful candidate for the role of On Site Medical Device Representative/Technician will have experience of working in a healthcare environment either from within the NHS, Private hospitals or the armed forces including REME, RAF, NAVY. Any experience in medical procedures would be an advantage as would working with medical devices such as endoscopes within sterile services. This role will suit a combat medic or similar, heath care assistant,�theatre assistant/nurse,�scrub nurse etc that is looking for a new exciting opportunity with great progression.
