Title: Omnichannel Marketing Manager
Location: Basingstoke (3 days onsite/2 days remote)
Contract Length: 12 months
Our client is looking for a Omnichannel Marketing Manager to join a global healthcare leader tp join their team in Basingstoke.
Responsibilities:
- Partner seamlessly with Marketing, PRA and Medical teams to develop omnichannel strategy for the brand(s) within the assigned therapy area.
- Leverage omnichannel capabilities and channels to drive customer engagement for the brand.
- From designing channel strategies to choosing and implementing the right platform and integrating it with other systems to support a truly connected customer experience.
- Define & identify ways of accelerating the usage of digital content as week as maximising the reach & frequency of brand message.
- Work with cross functional teams to generate ideas, create new concepts, tests and implement digital innovation.
- Lead relationship with digital agencies/vendors to define project scope, costs, timelines and deliverables.
- Provide budget recommendations for omnichannel plan execution.
- Analyse and provide campaign insights to the brand teams to continuously evaluate and adjust go-to-market strategy.
- Through data insights, build brand awareness and customer loyalty with engaging campaigns.
- Report the metrics behind OCE campaigns to assess success vs objectives.
- Drive innovation culture and marketing capabilities by bringing in the best practices, latest tools and technologies to hub business.
Requirements:
- A sound understanding of digital channels such as webinars, websites, eMail campaigns, social media, video platforms, third party websites.
- Experience in digital marketing in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Proven track record of cross functional collaboration to materialise complex business objectives.
- Ability to influence without authority.
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity.
- Strong project management skills.
