About Us:At Super Star Sport, we're passionate about making sports fun and accessible for children, encouraging a lifelong journey of fitness, health, and happiness. Our dedicated team works within primary schools, nurseries, pre-schools, and directly with parents through our sports classes and camps. As we continue to grow, we're seeking an Ofsted Compliance Manager to ensure our programmes not only meet but exceed Ofsted's standards, promoting the best possible environment for children's learning and development.Key Responsibilities:Compliance Oversight:Lead the organisation's efforts to maintain and enhance compliance with Ofsted's standards and regulations.Stay up-to-date with changes in Ofsted requirements and legislation affecting childcare and early years education.Internal Audits and Inspections:Conduct regular internal audits and prepare for Ofsted inspections to ensure continuous compliance and readiness.Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to address any compliance gaps.Policy and Procedure Development:Develop, review, and update policies and procedures to ensure they reflect current Ofsted standards and best practices in childcare and education.Ensure that all staff are familiar with and adhere to these policies and procedures.Training and Development:Design and deliver training sessions on Ofsted compliance to all relevant staff.Ensure that new hires receive proper induction training regarding Ofsted standards and expectations.Stakeholder Engagement:Act as the primary point of contact for Ofsted and other regulatory bodies.Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and external partners about our compliance status and initiatives.Reporting and Documentation:Maintain meticulous records of audits, inspections, training, and policy updates.Prepare and present reports to the senior management team on compliance activities, findings, and progress.Quality Improvement:Drive continuous quality improvement in all aspects of our programmes in line with Ofsted's framework.Collaborate with the training and development manager to ensure coaching staff meet Ofsted's qualifications and continuous professional development requirements.Risk Management:Identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.Ensure a safe and secure environment for all children in our care.Qualifications:Proven experience in a compliance role, ideally within an environment regulated by Ofsted.Comprehensive knowledge of Ofsted standards and regulations.Strong organisational skills with the ability to conduct detailed audits and prepare for inspections.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff.A proactive approach to identifying and resolving compliance issues.Qualifications in early years education, childcare, or a related field are highly desirable.Reporting Structure:This position reports directly to the Operations Director.
