Vision for Education are recruiting for an Offsite Teacher for a permanent vacancy from September 2024. The role will be paid to scale and subject to shortlisting and interview directly with our client school.
Do you want to work in a unique SEN school where your support will make a real difference to pupils’ lives and ambitions for their future?
Our client school in Burnley is seeking to appoint a teacher for offsite provision delivering core subjects.
We are looking for a teacher that specialises in English or Maths. Working predominantly off-site, on a 1:1/small group basis with our most vulnerable pupils. Due to the nature of the role, the successful applicant will also be required to deliver multiple subjects which will be discussed at interview.
The school has created a culture for learning and behaviour, which enables pupils, who’ve struggled in class to succeed. The approach that all staff share is both nurturing and innovative which ensures pupils learn in a calm and constructive environment.
The successful candidate will, through dedication and creativity, inspire students to succeed; candidates should be able to demonstrate a diverse range of skills and a positive attitude and will have a passion for their specialist subject areas that will motivate and encourage students.
You will be joining a supportive, talented and friendly staff team where ideas are shared, staff are listened to, and you will help to shape the future direction of the school. Our pupils deserve the best teachers who can inspire and ensure the best outcomes possible.
