Offshore WTG Installation Manager
required by our Client, an Oil and Gas Operator, to be assigned on a Contract basis located in Either England, Poland, or Denmark.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
WTG offshore installation manager working as part of our team on various WTG installation project duties. This may include supervising work offshore for short spells assisting in the back office with various tasks related to the work scope such as developing contracts, scope supervision reviewing or developing offshore installation schedules.
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
The consultant must have or being willing to get GWO training to be able to visit an offshore WTG installation in progress. This will be at the expense of the supplier
To succeed in the role, the consultant has:
numeracy skills and a logical mind. High level of fluency in speaking and writing English, although it does not have to be your first language
knowledge of the wind turbine installation vessel market and the most common installation concepts
how to achieve safe and high-quality construction or engineering project outcomes
communication skills and can liaise and cooperate with both our client’s colleagues and counterparts from our suppliers
degree or equivalent in naval architecture, mechanical engineering, marine engineering, or equivalent
experience of managing offshore installation scopes, similar construction scopes and/or including drafting contract specifications for heavy lifting, deck layout, and vessel mobilization
bright, curious, and original and thrive within a team and as a leader
