Office Plant Care Technician

Our client is a ship management company and they are looking for a plant technician to carry out all equipment build, assembly and test in accordance with relevant drawings and specifications provided. To work within our clients Health and Safety and Quality Management System
• To ensure all UK profit centre Plant and Machinery based at Chandlers ford is maintained and defects rectified in accordance with our clients Quality Management System, Maintenance & Calibration Procedure.
• To carry out trials and record required data of Manufactured Equipment in accordance Quality Management procedure and Equipment Build Procedure.
• Maintain and PATTest all Southampton Workshop and Office Portable Electrical Equipment and associated cabling in accordance with current H & S regulations.
To hold appropriate qualification/certification to undertake PAT testing
• Possess an in-date certificate for forklift operation
