Our client is one of the leading media agencies in the UK and the most awarded! They are looking for an Office Manager for a 6 MONTH CONTRACT.

This role is a key part of the agency and of achieving all of the above and will be the central point of contact for office queries. Working closely with the Support, People and New Business & Marketing teams, this role will help to ensure a smooth day to day running of our agency. This is a truly varied role and requires someone with the drive and desire to go above and beyond to implement foundations and ways of working to be upheld across the agency.
Some of the Responsibilities:
Managing the day-to-day operations and running of the office;
Ensuring that the office environment and meeting rooms are always presentable and functioning;
Prioritising health and safety within the agency, establish and implement health and safety procedures and ensure that all employees are kept up to date on our health and safety policies;
Establishing a scheduled and formal way of ensuring the office remains well stocked with key supplies such as stationery and kitchenware at all times;
Meeting room management – including being point of contact for suites bookings for senior client meetings and making any changes needed to best accommodate meeting room needs;
Point of contact for catering requirements for meetings that require catering;
Oversee and advise on our office tech setup, ensuring that all facilities are the best they can be and functioning well;
Establish formal process of running the post room and the allocation of employee lockers;
Support on improving the overall look and feel of the office including leading on any refreshes of our office design;
Working with New Business and Marketing team to provide reasonable and additional support and assistance with office internal events.
The successful candidate will:
Be highly organized, self-motivated and able to be manage multiple requests at any one time, prioritizing accordingly
Desire to problem solve and find solutions
Good attention to detail
Have a positive and can-do attitude as well as an ability to demonstrate initiative and proactivity.
A strong team player
Strong administrative experience
Have experience working in a health and safety/office coordinator -based role
Be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 package including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams
