A dynamic, social and forward-thinking firm of Architects are currently looking to recruit an Office Manager to provide all round support across the business.

The ideal candidate will have proven office coordination / admin support experience, strong IT skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritise and personality and charisma to work well with a team of creatives.
Working in a cool, modern, open planned office, you will work closely with senior management and be the “go to” person in the office. They need someone who is not too precious and who is willing to turn their hand to all aspects of the role. Offering great career development, this is a role not to be missed!
Working full-time in office, this is a role to really make your own and sink your teeth in to, duties to include:
Assist with all contracts and premise management to ensure the office runs smoothly
Monitoring and order all office supplies
Maintain the safety and tidiness of reception/meeting room and kitchen areas and any circulation areas
Work with external IT company to sort software and computer related issues
Answer/screen telephone calls and take accurate messages
Meet and greet visitors/clients
Book and manage meeting rooms, including organising catering
Coordinate and book couriers and taxi’s
Deal with incoming and outgoing post
Binding documents for presentations
Manage project numbers and contacts database
Monitor info mailbox daily and action emails
General admin support such as minute taking, typing and formatting letter and documents in InDesign
Assist with CPD Management and log staff training
Research and organise company travel arrangements and hotels
Keep company records and filing up to date
Manage architectural subscriptions
Arrange staff social events and trips
Communicate with external marketing team for external award ceremonies/events
Organise client gifting
Monitor careers inbox, flag and reply to emails
Social media support
PA duties to the directors, including diary management and booking of venues for lunches etc.
