A boutique finance firm is seeking an Office Manager to provide support for an office move on a temp basis for up to 8-weeks. This is a part-time position in office for 20 hours per week. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who has experience with an office move. WHAT YOU’LL DO:This is a busy role where you will be working closely alongside an EA to ensure the office move is seamless. Day to day duties include:
Full operations of the officeIdentifying what tasks need to be completedCommunication consistently to the EA and teamResearching and booking service providersDocumenting everything, clear and preciseLiaising with the new officeBe on hand to support on the office move dayAssisting the EA with extra admin
WHO YOU ARE:You will be an energised candidate who enjoys problem-solving and will go the extra mile to get the job done. You will understand the procedures to run a professional office.Requirements:
Experience in an office moveFinance experience or corporateConfident using all Microsoft Office platformsExtremely organised and pay high attention to detailOutstanding communication skills, written and verbalAble to focus on quality, discretion and confidentialityAbility to meet deadlines, multitask and work under pressure
