Are you looking for your next step to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor on an exciting Civil Engineering project in Cumbria?

We are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to join a major substation project in Carlisle. This project involves replacing existing infrastructure and increasing the capacity of the substation to meet future demands.

Duties:

* General admin

* Office support

* Uploading documents onto EDMS

* Overseeing office operations and ensuring smooth dayto-day functioning

* Managing office budgets, supplies, and resources efficiently

* Liaising with stakeholders and maintaining excellent communication channels

Requirements:

* Previous experience as Site Admin or Office Manager/Administrator (ideally in a construction or engineering environment)

* Strong experience with Microsoft processes

* Strong document control experience

* Ability to work in a fast pace environments

* Strong attention to detail

* Proficiency in office software and project management tools
