Opportunity for a recent graduate in London!
I'm working with a leading organisation in the media research industry, they're responsible for overseeing audience measurement in publishing, working with some very senior stakeholders in the industry.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager to join their team. As the backbone of the office, you will handle administrative tasks, manage facilities, and support their dynamic team. This role may appeal to recent graduates or experienced office managers seeking part-time opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for smooth office operations, including correspondence and mail management.
Oversee facilities maintenance, vendor relationships, and meeting room setups.
Maintain office systems and databases for easy information retrieval.
Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle HR support functions.
Assist with budget planning and expense tracking.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.
This role is 4 days a week, hybrid pattern (2 days a week in the central office London), paying £21,500 with the opportunity to network in the industry and join meetings with senior stakeholders.
