Office Manager + 30 hour week + Flexibe hours + 30 days holiday (+ BH) + Fantastic company benefits Our client are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to join their team. The office Manager wil report directly to the Managing Director and will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and clerical duties to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
Account Management using Xero Software Responsible for Health & Safety at the Manchester office
Manage the maintenance of the office to ensure the office is clean, well maintained and furnished and coordinate office maintenance and repairs Oversee administrative staff and provide support as needed Handle incoming and out going correspondence
Reception duties, including: receiving general phone enquiries, greet visitors, arrange taxis, hotels meeting rooms etc Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Proven experience in office management or senior administrative role 2- 3 years Experience using Xero Software Computer literature Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines A person who enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues and B2B customers in a diligent responsive and professional business
