Office Manager

This is a full-time position based in London
Apeiron Investment Group invests in and builds companies at the forefront of biotech, deeptech, fintech, and crypto. We're looking for a self-motivated, highly organized individual to manage our London office in vibrant Liverpool Street and support senior members of our investment team.
Qualifications
Experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role, ideally in the hospitality or finance sectors
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
German is a plus
Responsibilities
Act as the administrative point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and subscription services
Working with other members of our global administrative support team, manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Manage calendars and set up meetings for senior members of the team
Make travel and accommodation arrangements, often of high complexity
Track expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
Purchase and track office supply inventory
Format documents for internal and external communication
Support with organizing and managing company events
Screen and direct emails and phone calls and distribute correspondence
Organize and maintain electronic filing systems
