Are you an experienced Office Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in the heart of Glasgow's bustling construction industry? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Office Manager at our busy construction company located on the South Side of Glasgow.



Position: Office Manager

Location: South Side, Glasgow

Salary: �27,000 per year



Key Responsibilities:




  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of the office.

  • Coordinate with various departments to support project needs and deadlines.

  • Handle payroll, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks.

  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in working order.

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.

  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external queries.



Required Skills and Experience:




  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role.

  • Proficiency in using Sage accounting software is essential.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Prior experience in a construction or related industry is preferred.
