About Our Client This Telecommunications business in London offers an industry leading full fibre service and is rapidly growing. As the Office Manager / Receptionist, you will help run 1 open plan floor and have a secure 12month FTC with possible extension.
Job Description As the Office Manager / Receptionist, you will:
Manage the reception desk Maintain and issue the security badges Meet and greet all visitors Manage service and supplier relationships for the office Monitor and order office supplies Handle deliveries and liaise with office concierge when requiredHR admin - complete starter and leaver forms Liaise with the landlord over any facilities issues Manage a small office budget The Successful Applicant To be successful in applying to this role in London, you should have:
Ability to work in London full time Excellent communication skills, able to build relationships around the business Experience in a similar role Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
