Part time hours (25 - 30 hours p.w.) Monday to Friday Salary - up to 30K p.r. depending on experience
This organisation specialises in supplying quality products to farmers in the UK. They have a great team and are looking to expand further and are looking to recruit for an Office Manager/Bookkeeper to help organise and run the operational office support side of the business.
Key Duties: Ensure the smooth running of the office to help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation Assisting the MD with all personnel administration Managing the office running costs, including all utilities, insurance, stationary, waste and recycling. Ensuring all compliance requirements are fulfilled PA to the MD
Additional duties of Bookkeeper and you must have experience of using XERO Producing Customer and Supplier invoices and statements Credit Control VAT returns Processing Payroll Monthly, quarterly and annual P & L reporting Cash flow forecasting Annual Accounts preparation
