About The RoleThe Heath Academy Trust and Three Legged Cross First and Nursery School are seeking to appoint an exceptional Office Manager from September 2024 (or earlier if possible) You will be responsible for providing clear leadership for school administration, finance and personnel. Applicants with experience are encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate will join our friendly team working in a busy school and nursery environment. You will have a flexible approach and exemplary communication skills. There is a strong team ethic however the ability to be flexible and prioritise your own workload is essential. This role involves a variety of administrative duties, including HR, payroll and line management, that support the work of our head teacher, school staff, parents and pupils. You will need to be well organised and confident using Microsoft Office, with good attention to detail. You will have excellent public facing skills and will need to be an effective receptionist, responsible for greeting and managing all visitors to school. The role also includes providing some first aid and welfare requirements for our pupils.
Three Legged Cross First and Nursery School are looking for someone who:
has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
self-motivation, good organisational skills and time management
works well under pressure
can provide general welfare support for pupils - preferably first aid trained, however training can be provided
