Office Manager and PA to Leadership Team
Grade 5 – Full time equivalent is £26,421 - £32,076 pa. Actual salary £24,103 - £29,262 pa.
This is the pro rata salary for term time only plus teacher training days and two further weeks (41 weeks/can be flexible).
37 hours per week – Working pattern 08.00am-4.00pm Mon-Thurs and 08.00am–3.30pm Fri (with a 30-minute unpaid break) to be discussed at interview.
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and outstanding Office Manager to make a major contribution to the successful management, efficiency and administration of the school by delivering first class professional administration management and provide HR/PA support.
Working in a fast-paced environment as part of the administrative team, ensuring the school reception, administrative functions and HR/PA Support operate effectively; coordinating these multiple workstreams to deliver a professional and crucial support service to the school, wider community and Trust.
Experience in a school environment is preferable but more importantly you will have exceptional admin, HR, leadership, IT and organisational skills, and a flexible ‘can do’ approach, with a commitment to introducing a range of innovative and forward-thinking strategies.
