My client are a specialist Independent Estate Agent in East London, who pride themselves on their expert knowledge of the area and tailored approach to their clients needs.
They are currently looking to hire a crucial role for their team on a 1 year FTC (with the chance to become permanent)
Looking for an experienced Property Administrator, ideally having worked in a busy sales or lettings role previously, they offer the opportunity to work with autonomy in a diverse office role.
The role:
Sales administration (producing brochures, writing descriptions)
Lettings administration (all tenancy admin and agreements)
Office coordination - supporting the sales and admin team
1st point of contact for the office- ability to communicate well with clients
Mon-Friday (office based - 1 WFH day a month)
£30-35,000 ability to pay more for exceptional experience
The person:
Experienced in property admin (either sales or lettings) (essential)
Efficient and organised
Excellent communicator, both written and verbally
Self starter, working off own initiative
They are ideally looking for someone to start at the beginning of April (or sooner) a 1 year FTC with a good chance of becoming permanent due to continuous business growth with the ability to progress in a support role.
