The role will be based in Liverpool and will require at least 4 days based in the office, with occasional travel to London. This is a newly created role following our growth, will be working autonomously and include the following responsibilities:Organisation of external suppliers regarding the officeOrganisation of ordinary and emergency maintenance workMaintaining and organising Health & Safety measures within the workplaceSupervision and organisation of all office related needsRecurring checks of office equipment and supplies and placing of ordersWelcoming external guests and helping with preparation for meetings (supplies and technicalities)First point of contact for external queriesManagement of travel and transfers for employeesAgenda management of meetings as and when requiredSupport in organising internal and external eventsOrganisation of onboarding for new employees, linking with the central team to ensure equipment is readyResponsible for an office based in Liverpool, with travel to the London office once a quarterTo work with central team for global compliance reportingContributing to making Sentric a great place to work, including engagement and CSR initiativesQualificationsYou have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience within a similar positionYou demonstrate ability to handle multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environmentYou pay specific attention to detail, you are highly organized and have a methodical approach to workYou have excellent written and verbal communication skillsYou are confident working autonomously and within a teamYou demonstrate good skills in Excel and Microsoft OfficeYou are positive, sociable and can do and solution-focused approach to problem solvingAdditional InformationBelieve strongly promotes equal treatment regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, age, martial or civil partner status, pregnancy or maternity, physical abilities, religious beliefs, political beliefs, or other ideologies.This role is based in Liverpool.
