Office Coordinator 28k - 31k per annum Central London Full time (On-site)Are you a client focused individual with experience working within Real Estate?I am working with an Estate Agent currently looking for an Office Coordinator. They have multiple sites across London and currently looking for a detailed administrator to join their team. Core ResponsibilitiesReception duties: met and greet, making refreshments for visitors.Office operations, ensuring the office is kept tidy and presentable, ordering stationary and other office suppliers.Answering the telephone and directing queries to the appropriate person.Liaising with relevant suppliers, contracts, third parties, and building relationships with local estates agents.Administration duties such as scanning and photocopying of documentation.Invoicing and bookkeeping.Sending monthly billing reports to Central Office.Personal SpecificationPrevious experience working within an office or administrative role.Ideally Estate agent or Real Estate backgroundProficiency using Microsoft Office, Word, and any CRM system.Excellent verbal and written skillsProfessional and clear communication skillsReliable and enthusiastic nature with a strong passion for the companies brand and imageIf you believe this is the opportunity for you, do not hesitate to get in contact!
