Job Description As the Office Coordinator / PA, you will be responsible for:
Meeting and greeting - manage intercomOffice administrationStationary orderingBasic health and safety - fire marshall trainingFacilities admin - record any servicingFacilitating global board meetings - assisting PA in America with thisParalegal takes minutes but might need to assistAssist US PA in putting board packs together365 office - excel / power point The Successful Applicant To be successful in applying to this role you should have: Ability to work part time hours in London Experience in office admin and PA duties Excellent communication skills Great use of MS Office Packages
What's on Offer You will be rewarded with an hourly rate equivalent to 35k-40k pro rata and the potential to be made permanent.
