We are a film and content production agency working with the world’s biggest brands and sports teams producing advertising and marketing all over the world.
RD Content are looking for an Office Assistant who is all about keeping things bright, bustling and brilliant in our Central London office.

Key Responsibilities:
Keep the reception, meeting rooms, edit suites and other office spaces organised, tidy and welcoming
Ad-hoc admin duties
Greet clients, provide refreshments, and coordinate meetings
Tackle incoming calls and messages
Support the Operations Director with clerical and organisational tasks
Distribute post and deliveries
Manage stationery stock and weekly grocery orders
Assist departments with ad-hoc tasks
Coordinate the planning of team social events
Experience/Attributes:
Positive and proactive attitude, always ready to assist with a smile
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literature and enjoy IT tasks.
Self-starter who thrives in a diverse, people-oriented role
Strong organisational skills
Enthusiastic team player who also works well independently
Comfortable in a dynamic and creative environment
Job Type: Full Time, On-site at our Central London office
Salary: £25,000 per annum
