Working closely with the Office Manager, the Office Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the team and contributing positively to the office environment. This is a firm that prides itself on its fun culture and development.Role: Office AssistantDuration: Full time Start date: ASAP (will wait for short notice) Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE Working hours: 08:00- 17:00 / 09:00 – 18:00 (changes between the support team) Location: West End, 5 days in the officeResponsibilities:Scheduling and coordinating meetingsDiary management and looking after the office calendarMonthly invoicing and providing administrative support using MS OfficeOrganising lunches and eventsHanding incoming calls, interacting with clients and greeting guests along with general front of house dutiesRequirements:Proactive and highly motivated, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environmentMinimum 6 months office experienceProficient in MS Office applications, particularly Outlook and ExcelRMS Recruitment thanks you for your application and looks forward to speaking to you.
