In the role of Office Assistant / Administrator, you will be:


  • Responsible for a variety of administration and accounts duties including purchase invoices, reconciliation, setting up new supplier accounts
  • Overseeing fleet management including vehicle fleet services, booking MOTs, scheduling valeting, monitoring plant fleet, and managing service bookings and repairs
  • Dealing with administration including monitoring paperwork, ordering PPE and maintaining a register, setting up Health and Safety admin, and assisting managers with orders
  • Supporting team members in sourcing products and obtaining quotes, and liaising with Managers on recruitment and advertising
  • Carrying out general office duties including answering calls, managing filing systems, and deputising for the Office Manager in their absence

To be successful in the Office Assistant / Administration role, you will need: 


  • Previous administration experience working within an office environment
  • IT skills including accounting software packages (training can be provided for the right candidate) 
  • Customer service, communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to tight deadlines
  • Good numeracy skills with an understanding of accounts basics 
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to change 
  • Strong eye for detail and prioritisation skills

This is a permanent opportunity (6 month probationary period or temporary to perm if you'd prefer) with full time hours on offer, working Monday to Friday from their offices based in Conwy.
