Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator located in Andover. The successful candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including processing sales orders, updating and managing various EDI systems, training new members of the team, managing inventory levels, and providing a high standard of customer service. Being a seasonal business, the level of work can increase suddenly with the weather, so having a calm and can do attitude and working well under pressure is a must have quality, as is helping the team when the need arises.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
Proficiency in using online portals and good computer literacy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer service experience
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Minimum 2 year experience working within a sales office environment
