We are bold in our actions, nimble in our decision-making, and industrious in the way we work.If this excites you, then apply below.Summary: Indegene is looking for a UK based Office Administrator with experience to partner with a key client to coordinate, plan and manage client leaders’ meetings and provide administrative support. The key requirements include meeting support, communications management and administrative support for stakeholder activities.Responsibilities:Communication management including scheduling of all meetings with a documented agenda, minutes of the meetings and liasioning and follow-up with stakeholdersActive tracking of actions/decisions from meetings and follow-up for completion with responsible stakeholdersCollaborate with all stakeholders and support with administrative activities of travel desk, booking tickets and expenses submissionAssist with administrative tasksSupport onboarding formalities of new team members ensure timely completion of key tasks including credentials creation, access support, laptop provision and shipment of assets.Create the agenda, document and follow-up on important actions and decisions from the meetingsTrack the progress of projects on a routine basis and ensure all the project-related activities are completed on time and share regular updates with relevant stakeholders.Follow-up on invoices from vendors on a timely basis and accurately, resolve any queries or clarifications that the vendor team has on
revenues/financials,
