Mactech Europe Ltd are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator based in Dyce, Aberdeen. This role is to primarily to support the operations, workshop and accounts teams. To be successful in this role you will need to have strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail as you will be involved in multiple areas of the business.
Job Role
• General administrative duties to support the aforementioned teams across the business.
• Liaising with 3rd party suppliers, helping to raise and issue purchase orders.
• Organising external couriers to arrange deliveries and collections, over both domestic and international sites.
• Arranging travel and accommodation including hotel reservations and transport as and when required.
• Deal with incoming mail and email and correspond where appropriate.
• Assist with sales process by tracking projects and updating CRM with the correct storing of relevant information and documents.
• Collating project data to achieve end of job invoices in a timely manner.
• Screen general telephone calls, enquiries and requests and handle appropriately.
• Maintain auditable documents and processes in line with company procedures.
Qualifications/Experience
• Computer literate in areas such as Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Experience with Sage and CRM is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Administration skills.
• Pro-active telephone skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload.
• Good team player with a positive attitude who is adaptable and flexible
