One of the many ambitious growth projects that we are overseeing in 2024 is the development and launch of new premises in the North-West.The Office Administrator is an exciting new role for an enthusiastic individual seeking an opportunity that offers both career growth and development. In this role you will be a pivotal part of the team, ensuring the efficient completion of administrative duties in our new office. As a key point of contact for all potential office activities, you will provide a range of support services to the wider team. You will also assist the team in the transition into our new premises, ensuring that both the relocation process and establishment of the new office runs smoothly.Key Requirements· Have eligibility to work in the UK/IE OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time, permanent employment in the UK/IE· Minimum of 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at Grade C or above including Maths & English or significant relevant experience *(see below)· *Significant relevant experience in delivering an administrative service by working closely with a number of internal departments across a busy organisation(For further information on essential and desirable criteria, please refer to the job description attached to the online job posting.)Working PatternWorking hours for the role are negotiable, between 20-37.5 hours per week.
