Due to continued growth, our client in Armagh require anOffice Administratorto join their teamJob Title: Office AdministratorJob Summary: You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks and supporting the efficient execution of projects. You will be responsible for managing various administrativeThis is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to gain experience within a busy office environment.Responsibilities: Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; provide information and handle inquiries appropriately. Schedule appointments and meetings; coordinate with clients, suppliers, and contractors as necessary. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client information, project details, invoices, and payments. Assist with preparing quotes, estimates, and proposals Handle billing and invoicing processes; track payments Assist in resolving any administrative problems and inquiries; escalate issues as needed to management. Maintain office supplies inventory; anticipate supply needs and reorder items as necessary. Assist with other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by management.Requirements: 5 GCSEs Grade C and above including Maths & English (Essential) Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
