About Our Client This Office Administrator position is working for a growing organisation based in Bracknell.
Job DescriptionThis permanent Office Administrator role will involve the following responsibilities: * Answer telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department - this will be taken care of by a telephone answering service. * Act as the 'go to' ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently * Responsible for Health and Safety checks and maintenance plans for the office - process is in place, it just needs an owner * Provide excellent customer support by addressing enquiries and resolving issues internally and via email * Monitor company email inboxes; forwarding and actioning as appropriate. * Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner * Maintain a birthday list for the office, circulating birthday cards * Book taxi's and hotels for our visiting team from Italy and Spain as required. * Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, post and scanning * Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed * Maintain grocery supplies - milk, tea, coffee, biscuits etc. * Support with office events and new starter onboarding * Take care of lunch and coffee requirements for meetings as required. * Assist with DHL shipments - overseeing the sending and receiving of post, product samples which may include samples to customers, potential clients or replacement product to consumer complaints* Report on sample inventory and courier expenses - not sure, this may fall to someone else. * Work with the Head of Marketing on consumer complaints * Assist social activities such as team drinks, Charity days, Ascot, etc * Work with the Executive Assistant to identify and action opportunities to improve the housekeeping and ensure the smooth running of the Head Office.
