Role: AdministratorHours: Days 8:30am - 17:00pmPay Rate: 11.50- 12 per hourLocation: Copt OakOur client is hiring for an all-round administrator who is commercially astute, quick thinking, able to multitask, organise and prioritise.Duties and responsibilities:Placing purchase orders and building bills of materials within our systemManage customer interface - order intake process and loading onto the MRP system.Manage customer delivery and the invoice process.Arrange customer delivery slots.Provide customer perspective on any internal queries.Manage/control stock levels of standard/repeating products.Set up new customer and supplier accounts.Check and file customer invoices.Upload invoices to customer portalsThe Candidate:Strong knowledge in using Microsoft OfficeReading technical drawings and data entryOpen and approachableConfidentArticulateClear communicationPositive attitudeExperience within a manufacturing company is desirableThis is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to join a well-established company with a friendly team.If you are interested in a new role, please call Annika on (phone number removed) or email me on (url removed).
