We're seeking an efficient office administrator to work with our client's close existing Team. Main Duties of the role include:
Answering telephone and directing call to correct department. E-mail inbox managing – general enquiries from customers & internal personnel; forwarding, filing and responding where applicable. Typing/processing quotations & orders through ERP system. Exhibition Organisation
General Administration duties:
Maintaining customer records/files Booking hotels/flights etc as required (occasionally) Updating customer price lists when required, generally once a year. Maintain customer H&S requirements (issuing updated insurance documentation) occasionally. Completing and returning customer questionnaires, when required. Liaising with sales and other departments.
The successful applicant must have:
Organised with good communication skills.
