Salary: £24000Contract: Full-Time Permanent (No Part Time Hours)Office BasedLocation: AmpthillImmediate Start Available Duties will include: • Supporting the Accounts Assistants with bank recs and offsets• Posting invoices and payments on sage• Sending customer statements• Managing the centralized mailbox and categorizing• Supporting with system maintenance• Petty Cash• Distribution of post• Filing, scanning, shredding• Setting up folders and files• Organizing travel and meetings• Ordering stationery• Support with project and ad hoc tasks Successful Candidate:
