Proman is currently working with a bespoke manufacturer based in Urmston, to appoint an entry level Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis. This role would be highly suitable for an Administrator looking for more experience withing the Manufacturing industry and develop their skills.
Office Administrator
The role:
Processing orders via emails and website on to the database
Liaise with Head Office in Birmingham with Sales
Knowledge of computer programs used in daily office administration functions such as word processors, spreadsheets and specialised office management tools.
Proficiency in filing and paper management, including the ability to manage business.
Process orders via email or phone
Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
Maintain and update sales and customer records

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
A team player with high level of dedication
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Strong IT skills
