Office Administrator Pay:
Pay rate between £12 - £14 per hour DOE
Temp to perm role for the right person
Office Administrator Details:
General day to day admin duties
Answering phones and welcoming visitors
Arranging deliveries as required
Dealing with engineers on a daily basis
Ordering materials and plant hire
Preparing quotes and invoices, booking jobs and checking progress
Ensuring stock levels are kept on suitable level
Making payments
Shifts: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
Office Administrator Requirements:
Previous experience of working in an office environment will be advantageous
Previous experience in construction sector is desirable
