Office Admin/Scheduler - Oldham
Our well respected Oldham based client has a fantastic role on offer, plus only apply if you've a strong office admin background and are comfortable on the phone.
Hours - 0830-1700 Monday to Friday
Pay - £12 per hour
Temp to Perm role
Responsibilities of the Office Admin/Scheduler
Setting up appointments for the team
Order stock and processing paperwork
Corresponding with clients on the phone/email
Strong admin and communication skills are essential
Requirements of the Office Admin/Scheduler
Excellent admin background
Strong recent work history - background must be office admin/customer service
Work references are essential
Scheduling or appointment making experience is essential
Additional Benefits & Requirements
28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
