Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Office Administrator for our client based in Newton Abbot to start as soon as possible.

As a Sales Administrator you will need:


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive, proactive attitude.
  • Self-motivated, highly organised.
  • Team Player.

Duties of a Sales Administrator:


  • Working alongside and supporting colleagues.
  •  Preparing quotes and proformas,
  • Liaising with customers via phone and email,
  • Scheduling appointments,
  • Coordinating with internal departments and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods,
  • Maintaining customer records on internal databases,
  • Inputting of sales information and figures onto excel and our own system.
  • Checking sales orders created by the sales team for accuracy.
  • To liaise with other departments such as sales and admin to ensure the smooth running of the sales team.
  •  Producing reports on a regular basis using the tools available.

Details of a Sales Administrator Position:


  • Monday to Friday
  • Working 09:00-17:00
  • Pay rate 10.50ph
