Kenect Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to work in partnership with our long standing client based in Burton on Trent.

A fantastic opportunity to join this fast growing company, who are offering excellent training & scope for full-time employment after a successful period with Kenect Recruitment.

Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday (37.5hr week)

Pay Rate: £12.50ph

Key Duties:

  • Answering calls, maintaining a professional work ethic and providing assistance.
  • Making sure the software systems are all up to date
  • Training will be provided for their systems
  • Assisting with completing site forms and providing details for all departments of staff
  • Organizing and categorizing documents

Person Specification:

  • Must have at least 1 year experience with a similar role/ environment
  • Must have customer service experience
  • Must have a good understanding with Microsoft



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent



Salary: £12.50 per hour
