Charity Administrator�

Salary:�Competitive Salary

Location:�Bristol

Hours:�Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm

Our Client:

Our client is a crime prevention charity that helps prevent people who have been to prison and young individuals at risk of going to prison from criminal activities. They offer an innovative rehabilitation programme that breaks the cycle of criminal behaviour in deprived communities. They have successfully directed individuals away from crime into meaningful employment, whilst improving community prospects.

The Role:�

In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative and organisational support to the charity. You will assist the Senior Management Team and Programmes Coordinator with the day-to-day running of administrative tasks within the charity. This role will be based mainly at our Bristol office with travel to other sites when required.

Responsibilities:

  • Organising and taking minutes in weekly team meetings.
  • Support with all the marketing collateral, ordering and updating publications.
  • Assist at events when required.
  • Create and monitor participant action plans, ensuring that they are adapted and updated when required.
  • Support the team in producing weekly team action plans, ensuring that they tie in with the needs and requirements of caseloads.
  • Support all admin and packs for workshops.
  • Collate end of programme research forms for all cohorts when required.
  • Ensure all office systems are up to date and support in introducing new systems.
  • OneDrive and Charity Log database, ensure all relevant information is uploaded and kept up to date.
  • Supporting the CEO and team where required.

Requirements:

  • Office management experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Word, Excel, and OneDrive.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Desire to learn more about the criminal justice system.
  • Proactive with an ability to work in a confidential environment when required.
  • Capable of working in a consistently fast paced environment.
  • Ability to direct and manage staff in certain situations and adapt to situations as they arise.
  • To be confident working with a larger team and the ability to take instruction and come up with new solutions when required.
  • Stress and time management with the ability to adapt and adjust in a busy environment.
