Office Administrator

Yate, Bristol

Up to 25k

In Office

I am currently working with a client based in Yate who are looking for a technically minded administration coordinator.

You should be someone who is highly organised, and has experience of administration, ideally within a technical department.

You do not need to be overly technical yourself, but you should be someone who is organized, and has experience:

  • Managing communications, both incoming and outgoing and maintaining records
  • Scheduling - appointments, meetings, travel arrangements etc.
  • Working with Documentation - drafting, editing, working with reports and presentations.
  • Formatting documents, proofreading and upholding professionalism
  • Maintaining electronic files - contacts, files, archiving
  • Stakeholder communication
  • Clerical duties, data entry
  • Organising logistics, preparing meetings, meeting rooms, and distributing relevant materials.
  • Prioritising your workload in the most efficient way

You should have experience with:

  • Microsoft Office 365 Software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • If you have experience of Office 365 licensing, or other software licensing and renewal that would be an advantage.
