We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator (Time Keeping) on the MEH Alliance, working on the Hinkley Point C construction project. The main purpose of the role will be to Record, Monitor and Allocate workforce hours.
This role would be well suited to someone from a payroll background or who has worked in recruitment managing timesheets for workers.
Responsibilities:
Lead
the
operation and maintenance of ProCon which is utilised for
capturing the
construction progress from the on-site
construction activities
.
Liaise with Site Supervision and Area Leads to ensure allocation sheets all submitted in a timely manner and data ver
ified & validated prior to system load.
Liaising with
the
necessary stakeholders
in construction, planning
and project controls.
Ensuring
construction teams
provide
progress data in a timely manner.
Provide and demonstrate a positive commitment to
R
ight
f
irst-time
reporting
.
Accurately load ProCon with Task order information.
Reconcile/Load Task order Compensation events etc. into ProCon.
Support the use of the Pro
C
on system to support the construction works and progress reporting of the MEH Alliance
.
Requirements:
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of programmes.
Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics.
Excellent written and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
