You will also be responsible for carrying out local audits and being the main point of contact for the Landlord and Security. The role will expose you to a wide network of colleagues and provide real breadth of experience across the Submarine business. Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home or another remote location. It’s a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement. As a minimum we’re all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, on average three days per week. What you will be doing: You will be responsible for the reception duties including being ‘Front of house’Manage the office budget and all support to the office including catering, car parking, visitor access, diary management and audits.Liaise with the Landlord, Security, other building occupant and Business Management team in Derby to ensure Rolls Royce processes are adhered too.Ensure that all staff and visitors are provided with an induction to ensure a safe working environment.Responsible for HSE / Security within the office including updating HSE boards, highlighting repairs and coordinating security incident response procedures.Raising numerous Coupa Purchase Orders, across all vendors and commodities.Assist with IT and user support (password resets etc) - CSR duties along with kit requests.Meeting room management – check and provide necessary kit, liaise with IT on issues.Arrange / book facilities for away days / travel and accommodation.Maintain stock control of consumable items – Stationery / PPE and support with Office ISO Accreditation activities. Experience of working in a busy environment.Courteous attitude and familiar with business etiquette when interacting with visitors, customers and colleagues.Good standard of numerical and communication skills – written and verbal.Experience in manipulating data using Microsoft Office based applications (e.g. Excel, Access) and in data inputting to bespoke database.Takes responsibility for accuracy of own work with minimal rework.Ability to understand and prioritise own tasks and be proactive suggesting / implementing improvements.Willing to take on additional tasks to accomplish deadlines and to enhance skills and knowledge.Support the technical team based in the office.We are an equal opportunities employer. . To work for Rolls-Royce Submarines you need to hold a
Security Check (SC) clearance
without any caveats to that clearance. Rolls-Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if you don’t currently already have this in place.
