The role will suit a candidate with a 'can do' approach who also has a strong and conscientious work ethic, and is keen to get broad-based experience at a leading advisory firm.Key tasks will include:Receptionist duties such as greeting clients and answering the phoneEnsuring smooth running of officeDiary management for directorsAssistance with internal and external eventsFiling of operations related documentsThe role requires the following key attributes:Detail - excellent attention to detailPrioritisation - the ability to work independently and proactivelyCommunication - strong written and verbal communication skillsOrganisation - ability to juggle different tasks efficiently and effectivelyA minimum of one year relevant industry experience is required.Support for professional career study is available.Remuneration will be in line with experience and include a discretionary bonus.Qualifying pension and healthcare, cycle to work and annual travel loan schemes are available.
