Office Administrator (12 month maternity cover)

We are looking to appoint an Administrator to join us at Bagnalls Painting & Decorators in Bristol. We are a tight knit team who enjoy working in a welcoming office environment.
This role is being advertised due to upcoming maternity leave and is being offered as a 12-month fixed term contract. We are seeking a person who is looking for an administration role that can provide them with a varied workload and job satisfaction.
This is a part time fully office based role offered on a 24 hours per week basis. Working days will be Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday.
Responsibilities:
Managing credit control ensuring timely payment from clients.
Processing weekly timesheets onto Business Central.
Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
Creating & maintaining accurate documents including vehicle fleet information.
Responsible for all office inventory including stationery, PPE, uniform, and kitchen supplies.
General admin for busy branch supporting Contracts Managers
About you:
You will be a confident individual with excellent IT and literacy skills as well as being a positive communicator via telephone. The role will include regular contact with customers which from time to time will involve professionally pursuing overdue payments or handling complaints, therefore it is important that you have experience in dealing with such matters or you are confident in your ability to engage with customers regardless of the situation.
Essential Criteria:
Strong communication abilities both verbal and written.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office most notably Word, Excel & Outlook.
Excellent organisation & time management skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn & adapt.
