Ocean Export Operator - Freight Forwarding - 2 Years UK Experience Required

Role Requirements
Proven track record (minimum 2 years) working with an established UK Freight Forwarder.
Conversant with CNS and Destin8 - CDS experience is advantageous
Approachable character with brilliant communication skills
First-class Maths and English, with a keen eye for detail
Competent with Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
Coordinating with diverse clientele, vendors, and subcontractors, including depots, haulers, and shipping lines
Passing along supplier invoices and making inquiries as needed
Coordinating deliveries and collections while adhering to client timelines
Contacting the customer to check on their satisfaction and see if there is anything else we can take care of for them following delivery
Raising internal files
Raising Invoices
Checking vessel arrivals
