Our client is looking for an OCDEA SAP Assessor to join their well-established energy performance compliance firm. The firm work nationally to help reduce the carbon footprint.

SAP Assessor Requirements:

• On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor Qualification
• Relevant industry experience
• Brilliant time management and communication skills
• Full UK Driving License
• Experience of writing energy/sustainability strategies (Desirable)
• Excellent relationship building and positive 'can-do' attitude
• Knowledge of non-residential development (Desirable)

SAP Assessor Duties:

• Complete SAP assessments and EPCs
• Deliver technical support to clients
• Generate energy statements for planning
• Have organisational skills and deliver clients reports in a timely manner
• Measure buildings for low carbon
