Occupational Therapist

The Occupational Therapist is required to be part of an in house service you will work closely�with Occupational Health�and will also support other members of the multi disciplinary�team in the delivery of an effective Occupational Health service.

Working�as part of their�friendly, small Occupational Health team you will play a valued role, including:

-Providing practical support for individuals to overcome barriers to work considering physical, psychological, social and environmental factors

-Work with individuals and their managers to obtain suitable equipment and encourage support mechanisms

-Help establish realistic goals�

-Ensure that individuals have access to or are signposted to the support attendance at work

-Experience in writing case reports

-Experience in carrying ergonomic assessments

The ideal candidate will have experience in utilising Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)
