Wiltshire Reablement - Empowering Independence
Reablement offers Occupational Therapists the unique opportunity to work proactively with customers in their own homes, achieving greater independence. As an Occupational Therapist, you will undertake assessments to identify customers potential to regain independence, work with customers and their families to identify changes that they would like to make and agree a plan with goals to enable them to achieve these.
The Reablement Service is led by Occupational Therapy Managers and benefits from support from our principal occupational therapist. The occupational therapy role is highly valued and the team establishment includes experienced Occupational Therapists, newly qualified Occupational Therapists, Occupational Therapy assistants and Occupational Therapy apprentices.
The service works with Bournemouth University and UWE to support students' training.
