Occupational Health Physiotherapist (#####)Job Title: MSK PhysiotherapistLocation: Tilbury, Essex- Hybrid working Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (pro rata if part time)Contract Type: PermanentHours: Full Time or Part Time Right to live & work within the UK is required for this role.Role Summary:To provide a leading Occupational Health Physiotherapy Service to clients with the aim of early return to work. This involves a positive bio-psychosocial approach combining functional assessment with evidence-based treatment which is underpinned with excellent clinical care. The role will provide the following services on a remote basis; triage phone calls, supported self-management, functional restoration programmes, DSE & Workplace assessments.Although this role requires hybrid working, the post holder must be flexible to cover clients' sites within the Tilbury, Essex area and on a rare occasion travel up to two hours within working hours. The post holder must hold a drivers license and have access to a vehicle.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Provide accurate, detailed, and appropriate assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to employees on a remote or face-to-face basis.Identify, assess, and advise on any workplace hazards or contributing factors to Musculoskeletal disorders.Conduct workplace assessments such as DSE or work-based tasks as and when required and provide advice and recommendations as appropriate.Always maintain clinical objectivity and impartiality in line with occupational health guidance.Deliver effective evidence-based rehabilitation that adheres to national clinical standards.Utilise a bio-psychosocial approach combined with functional assessment to address barriers to work and inform robust work recommendations.Experience, Skills, and Knowledge Required for the Role:Clinical Physiotherapy Qualification.Full Member of the CSP & Registered member of HCPC is essential.Post-graduate training in Occupational Health/Ergonomics.Previous experience or an interest in Occupational Health Physiotherapy.Experience of providing functional assessment and fitness for work advice.Driver license & access to a vehicle.What Can We Offer You?Excellent training and development, and the opportunity to progress within the business.Access to PerkBox's wellbeing apps & high street discounts.Health cash plan scheme including employee assistance programme, eye care test vouchers & flu jabs.Professional fees paid for.Company joint contribution pension scheme.Buy and sell holiday scheme.25 days annual leave + bank holidays.About Us:The new Optima Health is the UK market leader in the provision of Occupational Health and Wellbeing services.
